12. Time & Type of Shipping

We send all submitted orders in the time period of 2-4 weeks by HP-HRVATSKA POŠTA d.d.

13. Complaints

When receiving the goods checking the validity of orders depends entirely on the buyer. Please compare the received items with the account immediately. If something is missing mention it to your deliverer because we do not accept late claims.
